Resources

  • Tools for Your Journey

There are seasons in life when your strength feels scattered, your peace feels thin, and you are searching for something solid to anchor your soul again. These resources were created or chosen to help you meet the Lord in those moments, to steady your heart, to renew your mind, and to remind you that you are not alone in your story.

When you do not know what to pray, when your past feels heavy, when you are trying to hear the voice of God in the noise of life, these tools can become a gentle place where the Holy Spirit begins a deeper work in you. Take your time. Read slowly. Let truth settle into the places that have been bruised or weary.

  • Teachings for Healing and Renewal

Many people carry wounds that are not visible, yet they shape how we think, how we love, and how we live. These teachings were written with prayer and compassion, drawing from Isaiah 61, from decades of ministry, and from the countless lives God has allowed me to walk beside.

Here you will find words that speak to brokenheartedness, identity, forgiveness, spiritual clarity, emotional healing, and the power of the Cross to restore what was once lost. My hope is that the Lord uses these teachings to bring comfort where there has been sorrow, conviction where there has been confusion, and a new sense of hope where things once felt impossible.

  • God’s Presence in Ministry

The greatest resource we have is God’s presence ministering to us personally. In everything, the Holy Spirit, revealing and applying the Word of God to our lives, is the ultimate One who can instruct us in the way of righteousness [2 Tim 3:16] and “lead us into all Truth”. Once we encounter it, His “Truth will set us free” [John 8:31-32].

Encountering God via personal ministry, Biblical counseling, or in a group setting, can take one well beyond the reading of written words contained in our blogs an teachings. These sessions also involve personal prayer ministry, where the Holy Spirit is our Comforter and Guide. [John 14:6] and [Rom 8:14].

  • Books and Written Messages

There are truths that take time to unfold, and sometimes the Lord speaks most deeply when we sit with His Word over many pages and many quiet moments. These books are the product of years of prayer, study, and real life ministry, written for those who long to understand how the Holy Spirit heals, speaks, guides, and transforms.

If you are searching for clarity in your calling, strength in your struggle, or restoration in your story, these writings are offered to you with great humility. May they help you see that the same God who healed the brokenhearted, set captives free, and rebuilt ancient ruins in Scripture is still doing the same today.

  • Scriptural Encouragement in Disappointment

The Bible offers several verses that address disappointment and provide comfort. For example, Romans 8:28 reminds us that "in all things God works for the good of those who love him," and Psalm 34:18 states, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."

Per the Openbible app, the following are among the Bible verses that respondents to a survey found most helpful:    [https://www.openbible.info/topics/disappointment]

    Proverbs 13:12 ESV

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life.

    Psalm 34:18-19 ESV

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

    Romans 8:28 ESV

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

    Luke 11:11-13 ESV

What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent; or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!

    Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

    Jeremiah 29:11-13 ESV

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.

    Philippians 4:6-7 ESV

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

    1 Peter 5:7 ESV

Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

    John 16:33 ESV

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.

    Matthew 6:25-26 ESV

Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

    Isaiah 40:31 ESV

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

    Proverbs 18:10 ESV

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.

    Isaiah 55:8-9 ESV

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

    Psalm 62:8 ESV

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us.

    Psalm 40:1-3 ESV

I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.

    Deuteronomy 7:9-11 ESV

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.

    Hebrews 4:15-16 ESV

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

    Psalm 126:6 ESV

Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
