Marriage Counseling
& Family Issues
Healing hearts, restoring covenant, and rebuilding unity through Biblical truth.
“Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” — Mark 10 : 9
As a minister of the Gospel, I have seen how the enemy targets marriages and families—the very foundation of God’s covenant. In these sessions I come alongside couples and family members to help them rediscover forgiveness, rebuild trust, and restore peace in the home. Every meeting is guided by prayer and Scripture, inviting the Holy Spirit to heal what has been wounded. My goal is to help each household reflect the unity and love that God intended from the beginning.
Healing through Forgiveness
Most broken relationships begin with offense, but true healing begins with forgiveness. The Bible says in Ephesians 4 : 32, “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
In session, I often see the moment when a spouse or parent finally releases years of hurt—it’s as though the Holy Spirit rushes in and softens the soil of the heart. This is not about pretending pain didn’t happen; it’s about allowing God to transform it. Through prayer, repentance, and Biblical conversation, I guide couples to move from blame to blessing, from bitterness to breakthrough.
Restoring Communication and Connection
Love without understanding eventually becomes frustration. Many couples simply stop communicating with grace. During ministry, I teach Biblical principles of communication rooted in James 1 : 19—“Let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.”
We practice practical tools: listening with the heart, responding instead of reacting, and asking questions that invite restoration instead of accusation. These tools are supported by prayer and Scripture so that each couple learns not just new habits, but new heart postures.
Family Alignment
Under God’s Authority
A family cannot walk in unity unless Christ is the center. I remind parents that spiritual alignment always begins with personal devotion. When the parents pray together, read together, and serve together, the atmosphere of the home shifts. Children see love modeled and safety restored.
If generational wounds are present—cycles of anger, addiction, or neglect—we bring those before God’s throne. Through intercession and Biblical declaration, we stand on promises like Isaiah 58 : 12:
“You will rebuild the ancient ruins; you will raise up the foundations of many generations.”
This is the heart of Life Resurrection—seeing families rebuilt on righteousness.
What to Expect in a Session
Marriage and family sessions are one hour, offered online or in person. We open in prayer, invite the Holy Spirit to lead, and begin uncovering root issues through Scripture. Practical assignments may include praying together daily, writing letters of forgiveness, or studying short passages between sessions.
These sessions are not psychological therapy; they are Spirit-led Biblical ministry. Donations are voluntary offerings that help sustain the ministry’s work. Every meeting is confidential and conducted in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Walking Out Restoration Beyond the Session
Restoration is not a single event—it’s a process. After your session, I encourage each participant to walk out what was revealed: to continue praying together, speaking blessings aloud, and using Scripture to guard the mind against doubt.
You may be surprised how quickly the atmosphere of your home changes when you begin applying Biblical principles daily.
